O&C PM Rental Requirements
Please review all requirements below before submitting your application.
- All individuals 18 and older who will be living in the home are required to apply and complete a background and credit check.
- Minimum credit score of 650.
- Must provide proof of at least 3x the monthly rent in net income.
- Last 2 pay stubs required. If self-employed, we will need tax returns for the previous year and bank statements for the past 2 months showing income deposits.
- No prior evictions.
- No criminal history. Minor traffic violations such as speeding or seatbelt tickets are acceptable.
- No bankruptcy.
- Complete a pet profile — regardless of whether you have a pet or not — at oliveandco.petscreening.com.
- All properties require a Tenant Benefit Package which includes rental insurance, HVAC filter delivery, credit reporting, and more.
